Professional Development Committee
In order to equip students to face the challenges of the 21st century and in alignment with the new education blueprint, there is a close relationship between teachers' personal professional development and the school as a learning community. Teacher training is an indispensable part of this equation.
Our school places great emphasis on teacher development. Besides encouraging colleagues to actively participate in further education, we also arrange professional development activities for teachers. Through expert guidance and peer exchanges, teachers can enhance their professional knowledge and teaching skills. Furthermore, various issues such as curriculum reform and student counseling can be addressed collaboratively through training programs, fostering consensus among colleagues within the school. Most importantly, during the training process, the team spirit among school staff is strengthened.
Our teachers firmly believe that professional development is an ongoing and continuous process rather than sporadic learning. By striving towards the goal of "lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement," we set ourselves as role models for students, demonstrating the importance of personal growth and learning.
